Partnership Building Declaration

Xiberlinc Inc. published the Partnership Building Declaration as of April 30, 2025. This initiative aims to enhance the overall value of supply chains and promote mutual prosperity between large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

The Partnership Building Declaration encourages businesses, from the perspective of purchasers, to drive the development of entire supply chains and promote fair and appropriate business practices. The declaration is operated by the Japan National Association of Small and Medium Enterprise Promotion Organizations.

Xiberlinc promotes cross-industry and cross-scale collaborations, supports the introduction of telework and the development of business continuity plans (BCPs) for its partners from the perspectives of disaster preparedness and workstyle reform, and drives new business creation through open innovation as well as human resource development. Furthermore, the company is committed to establishing fair and sustainable trade practices throughout its entire supply chain, including the proper handling of various business costs, intellectual property, and proprietary knowledge.

Going forward, Xiberlinc will continue building partnerships with its business partners and value-creating enterprises to address social challenges and contribute to economic development, aiming for sustainable growth together.
