Xiberlinc Inc. is pleased to announce the release of its "General Employer Action Plan" effective April 1, 2025, in alignment with Japan's Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children and Act on the Promotion of Women's Active Engagement in Professional Life.
This action plan aims to build a workplace environment where every employee can pursue their career with confidence and flexibility throughout various life stages. As an science-oriented startup with a global and interdisciplinary foundation, Xiberlinc has consistently promoted inclusive and gender-neutral employment practices. This new initiative marks another step forward in our ongoing commitment to creating meaningful and supportive workplace systems.
In Japan, the participation of women in leadership roles and long-term employment remains relatively low compared to global standards. Recognizing this societal challenge, Xiberlinc has proactively built a workplace culture and structure that welcomes and supports women’s active involvement across all levels of the organization. Career Development: Implement career training programs for non-regular employees and formalize a pathway to full-time employment.
Flexible Work Styles: Establish and promote flexible work arrangements such as flextime and telecommuting for all employees.
Work-Life Balance Support: Expand and improve internal systems for parental and caregiving leave, short working hours, staggered schedules, and feedback-driven policy updates.
These efforts are also featured on “Ryouritsu Shien no Hiroba,” the official portal operated by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and on the "Database of Companies on Promotion of Women's Active Engagement."
