Working in Tokyo with Global Talent — Xiberlinc Joins the “Tokyo Internship” Program

Xiberlinc Inc. (“Xiberlinc”) has joined the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s “Tokyo Internship (Highly Skilled Foreign Talent)” program and has been approved for the program’s Hosting Support Subsidy. In line with the official period—October 14 to December 12, 2025—we will continue building and operating a strong framework to host outstanding international candidates.

This program offers pre-employment, on-the-job internship opportunities for small and medium-sized companies eager to hire global talent and for overseas professionals who wish to work in Japan. It is designed to deepen mutual understanding of cultural values and workplace communication styles, support better matches between companies and candidates, and help organizations improve their onboarding and work environments.

During the program, Xiberlinc will provide hands-on learning opportunities and feedback-based training. We will refine job design, team communication rules, and information access so that people from diverse backgrounds can thrive. These efforts aim to expand employment and collaboration opportunities with international talent after the program, while strengthening our internal systems and global readiness.
