Establishment of the “Xiberlinc Research Ethics Committee” to Strengthen Ethical Governance in R&D

Xiberlinc Inc. (hereafter “Xiberlinc”) has established the Xiberlinc Research Ethics Committee (IRB No. 25000107) on September 10, 2025, to enhance transparency and social trust in its research activities. The committee operates in accordance with the ethical guidelines set forth by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology. It is responsible for the review and oversight of the Company’s research projects.
Through this initiative, Xiberlinc aims to ensure that all research and development activities are conducted with rigorous ethical consideration and appropriate management of conflicts of interest, under the independent review of this committee. Xiberlinc will continue to promote fair and responsible research while upholding the dignity of all research participants, steadily advancing the social implementation of its scientific and technological achievements.
